The Artist

About

Usatov is a German-Russian DJ and producer based in Amsterdam — melodic & progressive house at the core, reaching into organic, deep and Afro house and melodic techno depending on the room.

01

Origin

Started on piano in 2003, picked up guitar and vocals in 2014, and moved into producing in 2013 — DJing since 2016 at raves, open-airs, clubs and festivals.

02

Sound

Melodic & Progressive House at the core, with Organic, Deep and Afro House plus Melodic Techno in the wider range — deep melancholic melodies fused with groovy, tech-driven rhythms.

03

Stage

Played Het Sieraad, MA’DAM (A’DAM Tower), Crane Hotel NDSM and Oosterbar in Amsterdam, FITZ & Bonded Club in Madrid, Waves Open Air and Deep Forest Festival in Germany, plus a residency in Byron Bay, Australia.

04

Founder of Dive Deep — Amsterdam label and event series for electronic music, running since 2022. Records, hosts, and builds the scene from the ground up.
